摘 要:以直链淀粉含量较高的豌豆淀粉为原料,氯乙酸、氢氧化钠分别为醚化剂和催化剂,制备羧甲基豌豆淀粉(CMPS)。采用单一变量分析法,对影响反应效率的醚化温度、醚化时间、碱与氯乙酸(MCA)配比3个主要工艺因素进行探讨,并对制成的CMPS浆膜性能和CMPS用于纸纱的上浆增强性能进行研究。结果表明:CMPS的最佳制备工艺条件为反应温度60℃,反应时间5.0 h,碱与氯乙酸的量比为2∶1。随着取代度的增加,浆液黏度热稳定性逐渐升高,浆膜强度在取代度为0.18~0.25范围内最大,超过0.25后随着取代度的增加而减少;且随着取代度的增加,浆膜的断裂伸长则呈现不断增加的趋势。电镜照片显示纸纱原纱纵向平滑,CMPS对纸纱的上浆包覆渗透性好于醚化玉米淀粉,与聚乙烯醇(PVA)接近。CMPS、PVA和羧甲基玉米淀粉对纸纱上浆增强实验表明,CMPS浆纱的拉伸性能显著提高,其浆纱断裂增强率和耐磨增强率分别比羧甲基玉米淀粉(CMS)增加了14.15%和15.50%,而伸长增加率接近。研究认为羧甲基豌豆淀粉较适宜纸纱产品上浆增强。Carboxymethylated modification pea starch(CMPS)was synthesized under alkaline conditions from pea starch,chloroacetic acid(MCA)as raw material and etherifying agent.The etherification temperature,time and the ratio of NaOH and MCA were explored as three major reaction condition by adopting simple variable method.The sizing film of CMPS and its strength enhancement on paper were studied.The results show that the reaction optimum condition is the temperature of 60℃,the time of 5h,and the ratio of NaOH:MCA of 2∶1.The viscosity of CMPS decrease and its heat stabilization increase with the increase of degree of substitution(DS).The highest strength of sizing film is obtained within the DS area 0.18-0.25 and its strength decease with additional DS increase.The breaking elongation increase with the increase of DS.The Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)photograph show that the paper yarn has longitudinal smoothing surface.The covering and penetration performance of CMPS sizing is better than carboxymethylated modification corn starch(CMS)and is close to Poly Vinyl Alcohol(PVA).The strength enhancement experiment results show that the mechanical properties of CMPS sized yarns are significantly improved,and it has better performance than CMS with 14.15 percent of the tensile strength enhancement,the 15.50 percent of the abrasion resistance enhancement.It is concluded that CMPS is better size for strength enhancement on paper yarn.
