政治学与行政学专业大学生核心竞争力的构成要素与实证检验——基于胜任力模型的分析框架

摘　　要：高等教育与社会环境之间的紧密互动关系意味着,任职者具备的一系列不同类别和等级的胜任力往往是大学生核心竞争力的转化结果。政治学与行政学专业大学生核心竞争力应兼顾未来的职业岗位职责以及学科专业的特色与特长,突出鲜明的政治立场性、高度的政治回应性以及厚基础的理论实践性,体现专业理论素养指导下知识储备与实践技能的统一。借助胜任力模型的分析框架,可以根据从潜在到外显的变化,将政治学与行政学大学生核心竞争力区分为基础核心竞争力、内在核心竞争力、外在核心竞争力三个结构层次,并据此延展出核心竞争力的从属维度与构成要素。文章通过对毕业生调查数据的综合统计与因子分析,对政治学与行政学专业大学生核心竞争力构成要素进行了实证检验,建构了政治学与行政学专业大学生核心竞争力的培养体系模型,提出核心竞争力的建构应当是在学校教育、社会实践的双重作用下,培养学生将专业理论知识与实践感悟转变为自身的优势与专长,实现自我提升与自我塑造。The close interaction between higher education and social environment means that the competencies of the incumbents in a series of different categories and levels are often the result of the transformation of the core competence of college students.The core competence of college students majoring in politics and administration should take into account their future career responsibilities as well as the characteristics and specialties of their disciplines,highlight the distinctive political stance,high political responsiveness,and solid theoretical practice,and reflect the unity of knowledge reserves and practical skills under the guidance of professional theoretical literacy.With the help of the analytical framework of competency model,according to the changes from potential to explicit of the core competence of college students majoring in politics and administration,it can be differentiated into three structural levels of basic core competence,internal core competence and external core competence,and the subordinate dimensions and constituent elements of the core competence are extended accordingly.Through the comprehensive statistics and factor analysis of the survey data of graduates,this paper makes an empirical test on the constituent elements of the core competence of college students majoring in politics and administration,constructs the training system model of the core competence of college students majoring in politics and administration,puts forward that the construction of core competence should be based on the dual role of school education and social practice,cultivates students to transform their professional theoretical knowledge and practical perception into their own advantages and expertise so as to achieve self-improvement and self-shaping.
