教师教育实验教学示范中心的建设与实践

摘　　要：教师教育实验教学示范中心作为教师教育实验实践教学与研究的重要平台,在师范生培养与职后教师培训中有着不可或缺的作用。为适应新时代对高素质实践创新型教师教育人才培养的需要,必须加强和深化实验教学中心的建设与改革。在对国内同类高校进行深入调研的基础上,结合教育部关于国家级示范中心建设的相关要求和目标,教师教育实验教学示范中心在体制机制、实验实践教学体系、人才队伍以及软硬件等建设方面进行了积极的改革与探索,提炼出了示范中心的建设理念、建设思路及优势和特色。通过实践,示范中心的建设取得了较大的成效,有效提高了人才培养质量,为社会培养了大量高素质实践创新型优秀教师教育人才。As an important platform for practical teaching and research of teachers education experiment,the experimental teaching center for teachers plays an indispensable role in the training of students of normal universities and in-service teachers.In order to meet the needs of cultivating high-quality,practical and innovative teachers in the new era,the construction and reform of teacher education experimental teaching centers should be further strengthened and deepened.According to the relevant requirements and objectives of the Ministry of Education on the construction of national demonstration centers,with the experience in the domestic universities on the same level that has been learnt in our in-depth research taken into consideration,the Demonstration Center of Experimental Teaching on Teachers Education has launched and further explored reforms in the aspects of systematic mechanism,experimental and practical teaching system,talent team cultivation,software and hardware construction in the construction process of education.It also expounded the construction idea,thoughts,advantages and characteristics of the center as well as the achievements,which promotes the development of the center and provide a great number of excellent teachers and education talents for the society.
