摘 要:超声检测技术在工业产品的质量检验和定期检查维护等方面有着广泛的应用,对产品结构及安全运行有着重要意义。在新工科背景下,以培养具有扎实理论基础和突出综合能力的工程技术人才为目标,对超声检测课程实验教学进行了改革和实践。在实验理论教学中,将基础理论、工程应用和课程思政紧密结合,采用对比教学法加深对物理概念理解,布置设计性任务培养学生的创新能力。在实验技能实操教学中,实验项目开放运行,依据工程问题设置选做实验项目,注重实验仿真和学研产融合。改革教学评价体系,有效促进新工科人才培养模式持续运行。Ultrasonic testing technique has been widely used in quality inspection and regular inspection and maintenance of industrial products.It is of great significance to the security of engineering structure.Under the background of new engineering,in order to cultivate engineering and technical talents with solid theoretical foundation and outstanding comprehensive ability,the teaching reform and practice of ultrasonic testing course are carried out.In the theoretical teaching,basic theory,engineering application and ideological and political education are closely combined.The comparative method is applied to deepen the understanding of physical concepts,and designing tasks are assigned to cultivate students’innovative ability.In experimental teaching,the experiment projects are open to the students.The optional projects are set up on the basis of engineering problems.The experimental simulation and learning-research-production combination are emphasized in the teaching process.The teaching evaluation system are reformed,which can effectively promote the continuous running of the new engineering talent training mode.
