摘 要:多媒体教学已经成为当前各高校的常态化教学形式,对多媒体设备进行科学合理的运维管理,有效提升多媒体设备的平均无故障时间对日常教学及教学改革都至关重要。在对多媒体设备的平均无故障时间进行概念界定后,结合本校管理经验,对虚故障的现象及处理进行了论述;结合具体的维修数据,对实故障的现象和平均无故障时间进行了分析计算。在此基础上,提出平均无故障时间的四大提升策略,以供其他多媒体设备运维管理部门参考。Multimedia instruction has become a normal teaching form in universities.Scientific and reasonable operation and management of multimedia equipment is very important,especially,the improving of the mean time of failures of multimedia equipment.This paper defines the concept of mean time of failures of multimedia equipment.Based on the management experience of authors’university,the phenomenon and treatment of false are discussed.Combined with the specific maintenance data,the phenomenon of real fault and mean time of failures is analyzed and calculated.This paper also puts forward four strategies to improve the mean time between failures,which can be used as a reference for other multimedia equipment operation and maintenance management departments.
