摘 要:为检验牵引式元胡收获机作业的可靠性和安全性,避免作业时机架变形、断裂或发生共振,课题组运用SolidWorks软件建立了元胡收获机机架的三维模型,并在ANSYS软件中对机架进行了静力学和模态分析。静力学分析结果表明:机架在工作载荷作用下,最大变形为0.55498 mm,小于1 mm,最大应力为67.398 MPa,小于屈服应力235 MPa,满足强度和刚度要求。模态分析结果表明:机架的前6阶固有频率为72.77 Hz~156.8 Hz,与最大激励频率12.667 Hz相差甚远,机架工作时不会发生共振。研究结果可为牵引式元胡收获机样机的试制提供参考。In order to test the operation reliability and safety of the traction Yuanhu harvester and avoid the deformation,fracture or resonance of the frame during operation,the research group used SolidWorks software to establish the three-dimensional model of Yuanhu harvester frame,and carried out static and modal analysis of the frame in ANSYS software.The static analysis results show that under the working load,the maximum deformation of the frame is 0.55498 mm,less than 1 mm,the maximum stress is 67.398 MPa,less than the yield stress 235 MPa,which meets the requirements of strength and stiffness;The modal analysis results show that the first six natural frequencies of the frame are 72.77 Hz-156.8 Hz and the maximum excitation frequency of the frame is 12.667 Hz;There is a great difference between the two,so there will be no resonance when the rack works.The research results provide a reference for the design and optimization of the traction Yuanhu harvester.
