低温等离子射频消融术治疗早期喉癌的临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的 探究低温等离子射频消融术治疗早期喉癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法 80例早期喉癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规手术治疗,观察组采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床指标及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率5.00%低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组黏膜恢复情况评分(4.02±1.52)分、手术时间(12.8±2.6)min、住院时间(7.9±1.2)d,均优于对照组的(2.31±0.62)分、(58.3±7.7)min、(13.7±2.9)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗早期喉癌患者,效果显著,有利于提高治疗有效率,减少术后并发症,加快患者的黏膜恢复,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of early laryngeal cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with early laryngeal cancer were divided into observation group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional surgery,and the observation group was treated with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation.The therapeutic effects,clinical indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.00%of the observation group was higher than 77.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 5.00%in the observation group was lower than 22.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mucosal recovery score of the observation group was(4.02±1.52)points,the operation time was(12.8±2.6)min,and the hospitalization time was(7.9±1.2)d,which were all better than(2.31±0.62),(58.3±7.7)min,and(13.7±2.9)d of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation has significant effect on patients with early laryngeal cancer,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of treatment,reducing postoperative complications,and accelerating the mucosal recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
