观察联用普拉洛芬滴眼液、重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨对于过敏性结膜炎患者通过合用普拉洛芬滴眼液与重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液(商品名:贝复舒)的治疗效果。方法 86例过敏性结膜炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组43例。对照组应用普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗,观察组联合应用普拉洛芬滴眼液与贝复舒治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、药物不良反应发生情况及治疗前后眼部症状评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分。结果 治疗后,观察组眼痒感、灼烧感、异物感、结膜充血、流泪以及症状总评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.67%,高于对照组的86.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组BUT(10.69±1.89)s长于对照组的(9.62±1.26)s,FL评分(0.78±0.62)分低于对照组的(1.61±0.83)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组药物不良反应发生率为4.65%,与对照组的2.33%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对于过敏性结膜炎患者联合应用普拉洛芬滴眼液、贝复舒的治疗效果满意,临床应用价值较高。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of pranoprofen eye drops and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops(trade name:Beifushu)in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.Methods A total of 86 patients with allergic conjunctivitis were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pranoprofen eye drops,while the observation group was treated with pranoprofen eye drops and Beifushu.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,the occurrence of adverse drug reactions,the ocular symptom score,break-up time(BUT)and corneal fluorescein staining(FL)score before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the eye itching,burning sensation,foreign body sensation,conjunctival congestion,lacrimation scores,and total symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than 86.05%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the BUT(10.69±1.89)s in the observation group was longer than(9.62±1.26)s in the control group,and the FL score(0.78±0.62)points was lower than(1.61±0.83)points in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 4.65%,which was not statistically significant compared with 2.33%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with allergic conjunctivitis,the combined use of pralprofen eye drops and Beifushu eye drops has satisfactory therapeutic effect and high clinical application value.
