摘　　要：有关性别和体育的大量文献都表明,体育自古以来就是男性的绝对霸权领域,围绕着有助于加强“历史性别规范”的男性霸权价值观而构建。但这一问题在国内学界尚未得到足够重视。通过深度田野发现,相较于女性体育新闻工作者出现之初,我国体育新闻行业针对女性工作者的性别水平隔离程度有所降低,但性别偏见仍然存在;女性工作者面临任务分工隔离、被边缘化、话语权弱、身份矛盾、晋升困难等诸多职业困境。为突破性别桎梏,获得职业认可,女性体育新闻工作者通过积累更多的文化、体育资本对抗男性宰制及性别偏见,并通过“自我品牌化”及建构共同体的形式生成创造性“反隔离”力量,以维护自己的职业地位。职业性别水平隔离程度的降低和女性“反隔离”意识的提高,使得女性体育新闻工作者有望实现性别突围。A large number of literatures on gender and sports show that sports has always been the domain of absolute male hegemony since ancient times,and it has been built around the values of male hegemony that help to strengthen"the historical gender norms".However,this problem has not been attached enough importance to in domestic academic circles.Through in-depth fieldwork,it is found that as compared with the beginning of the emergence of female sports journalists,the degree of gender segregation directed at female workers in China’s sports journalism industry has decreased,but gender prejudice is still in existence;Female workers are faced with many professional difficulties,such as job segregation,marginalization,weak voice,identity contradiction,promotion difficulty and so on.In order to break the shackles of gender and obtain professional recognition,female sports journalists fight against male domination and gender prejudice by accumulating more cultural and sports capital,and generate creative anti-segregation forces by means of"self-branding"and community construction,so as to maintain their professional status.The reduction of occupational sex segregation level and the improvement of women’s anti-gender segregation consciousness makes it hopeful for female sports journalists to break through the gender encirclement.
