摘　　要：立体仓库在社会中的各个方面均有运用,随着时代科技的不断发展,自动化必将代替人力控制,因此自动化也是其发展的主模式。采用西门子S7-200 SMART ST40设计了一个可自动完成出库/入库操作的四层十六仓位的立体仓库。立体仓库有手动和自动两种控制模式,手动控制方式主要是通过触摸屏的上下、左右、前后操作来实现货物的出入库;自动控制方式可以控制并实现货物的自动入库/出库,而且可以实现X、Y、Z三轴步进电机对货物的精准定位。The stereoscopic warehouse has been used in all aspects of the society,with the continuous development of science and technology,automation will replace human control,therefore its automatic development is the main mode of development in the future.This article designed a four-story and 16-unit warehouse based on Siemens S7-200 SMART ST40.The stereoscopic warehouse has two control modes:manual and automatic.The manual control mode is mainly through the touch screen to achieve up and down,around,before and after the operation to achieve the operation of goods in and out of storage.The automatic control mode can control and realize the goods entering and leaving the warehouse automatically,and can realize the precise positioning of X,Y,Z three axes stepper motor to the goods.
