摘　　要：在阐述现有设备维护方式及特点基础上,分析了实现基于状态维护的必要性及关键技术,对后续开发基于数据驱动的设备健康管理及自主运维功能、提高设备维护效率具有一定意义。Based on the description of the existing equipment maintenance methods and characteristics,this paper analyzes the necessity and key technologies of condition based maintenance,which is of certain significance to the subsequent development of equipment health management and independent operation and maintenance functions based on data drive,and improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance.
