中俄通信社与华俄通信社的新闻活动及其关系考论

摘　　要：中国共产党创建时期的中俄通信社与华俄通信社是两个不同的机构。前者于1920年7月创办于上海;后者是苏俄国家通讯社的在华分社,总部设在北京。相比中俄通信社,华俄通信社的存在时间更长、发稿范围更广。两社的稿件内容极为相似,但各有侧重,中俄通信社旨在宣传马克思列宁主义,华俄通信社则是苏俄在华代言人。两社之间有密切的关系,中俄通信社的创办过程中可能得到了华俄通信社在稿源上的帮助。两社都致力于打破当时资本主义国家通讯机构对国际新闻的垄断。中俄通信社的创办是中国共产党第一次利用通讯社进行宣传,向国内宣传了马克思列宁主义,推动了中国共产党的成立。The Zhong’e News Agency and the Hua’e News Agency during the establishment of the Communist Party of China were two diferent institutions.The former was founded in Shanghai in July 1920,and its president Yang Mingzhai is a member of the Communist Party of China and a Bolshevik;the latter is the China branch of the Russian State News Agency,which was established in Beijing in 1919.Compared with the Zhong’e News Agency,the Hua’e News Agency has a longer existence and a wider range of publications.The content of the manuscripts of the two agencies is very similar,but they have diferent focuses.The Zhong’e News Agency aims to promote Marxism-Leninism,and the Hua’e News Agency is the spokesperson of Soviet Russia in China.The establishment of the Zhong’e News Agency was the first time that the Communist Party of China used the news agency for propaganda,and it was helped by the Comintern in terms of news source and funds.
