用习近平法治思想指导《宪法学》课程教学

摘　　要：宪法学方面的理论是习近平法治思想的重要组成部分,习近平法治思想中的宪法学理论是马克思主义宪法学理论的最新发展成果,它包含宪法理念、宪法制度、宪法实施等方面的重要内容。新时代对高校《宪法学》课程教学提出了新的要求。我们必须用习近平法治思想指导《宪法学》课程教学,在《宪法学》课堂上传播习近平法治思想,从教学内容和思维方法两个层面推动《宪法学》课程的改革创新,推动新时代卓越法治人才的培养。Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law contains important theoretical contents such as constitutional concept,constitutional system and constitutional implementation,which constitute an important part of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law.The constitutional theory of Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law is the latest achievement of Marx's constitutional theory.It puts forward new requirements for the reform and innovation of the course of constitutional science in the new era.In this context,we should integrate Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law into the course of constitutional jurisprudence,and promote the innovation and development of the constitution course from the three levels of idea,system and practice.To achieve this goal,we need to integrate Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law from the two aspects of"content"and"method"into the course of constitution,while promoting the innovation of the constitution course,and at the same time,help to train the outstanding talents of the rule of law in the new era.
