教管协同视角下高职顶岗实习实践探索——以旅游酒店类专业为例

摘　　要：以郑州城市职业学院旅游酒店类专业为例,以教管协同为视角,从扭转实习理念、渗透职业素养教育、健全互通反馈协同机制、强健师资力量等方面进行实践探索,以提升实习教学效果和质量,提高学生就业能力,推动专业建设发展。Illustrated by tourism and hotel management major of City University of Zhengzhou, the paper makes an practical exploration of such aspects as changing the students’ understanding of post practice, penetrating the quality education in the college, perfecting the communication and interactive feedback mechanism and strengthening the post practice teaching management and the faculty based on the collaboration of teaching and student management. It aims to improve the post practice teaching quality and effectiveness, promote the students’ employment competitiveness, and boost the major construction.
