摘　　要：作为将科学社会主义理论转化为实践的开拓者,列宁在创建世界上第一个社会主义国家政权过程中,始终将社会主义事业的未来与无产阶级政党能否保持廉洁奉公和克服官僚主义结合在一起,创造出一系列针对权力的监督、监察制约机制,开了社会主义国家政权建设与权力监督的先河。列宁之后的社会主义实践证明,监督缺失下的滥权和民主缺失下的专权,是苏共亡党和苏联解体的主要原因之一。此处探讨列宁监察思想的生成逻辑,意在借古鉴今以及探索建构适合中国特色社会主义的监督监察体制机制,实现中华民族在新时代的伟大复兴。As a pioneer to transforming the theory of scientific socialism into practice, Lenin always related the future of socialist enterprise with the question whether the proletarian party can maintain integrity and overcome bureaucracy or not, in the process of establishing the world’s first socialist state power. He created a series of supervision and restriction mechanism for power, which becomes a precedent of establishing the socialist state power and power supervision. The socialist practice after Lenin proved that the abuse of power under the absence of supervision and the dictatorship under the absence of democracy were one of the main reasons for the collapse of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and the disintegration of the Soviet Union. This paper discussed the generative logic of Lenin’s supervision thought, aiming to learn from the past and construct a supervision system suitable for socialism with Chinese characteristics, so as to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era.
