摘　　要：为了应对供应链内外部环境不确定所带来的风险,分析供应链内外部脆弱性影响因素,并基于交易成本理论、资源基础理论、社会资本理论及利益相关者理论,提炼出供应链的协调属性,进一步探索了供应链协调契约因素,最终建立了规范的供应链整体协调契约结构框架。该整体契约结构能够同时达到利益共享、风险分担、信息共享及关系协调的机制效用。研究结果可为不同情境下的供应链设计适配的协调契约,并可对供应链协调契约的进一步研究提供分析框架。In order to deal with the risks caused by the uncertainty of the supply chain environment, this paper analyzed the influencing factors of the internal and external vulnerability of the supply chain, and explored the coordination attribute of the supply chain by the transaction cost theory, resource-based theory, social capital theory and stakeholder theory, and further explored the supply chain coordination contract factors.Finally, this paper established a standardized overall coordination contract structure framework. The overall contract structure can achieve the mechanism utility of benefit sharing, risk sharing, and information sharing and relationship coordination at the same time. The research results can provide an analytical framework for the design of appropriate coordination contracts for supply chains in different situations, and for the further study of supply chain coordination contracts.
