基于金课“两性一度”标准的《国际商法》课程方案设计

摘　　要：《国际商法》是高校中商科专业常设的一门法律课程。根据不同商科专业的实际需要,《国际商法》的教学内容在各专业中有很大差异。在以港口物流、国际物流为方向的物流管理专业中,《国际商法》课程应该以商品贸易与进出口实务中涉及到的法律法规为主要内容,并在教材、案例库、线上资源、实践环节等方面进行教学保障。如此设计,可以让《国际商法》符合物流管理专业的人才培养需要,并满足金课“两性一度”的标准。International commercial law is a permanent legal course for business majors in universities. According to the actual needs of different business majors, the teaching contents of international commercial law are very different in each major. In the logistics management major with the direction of port logistics or international logistics, the course of international commercial law should take the laws and regulations involved in international commodity trade and export &import practices as the main content, and ensure the teaching materials, case base, online resources, practical links. This design can make the international commercial law meet the talent training needs of logistics management specialty and meets the golden course standard.
