摘　　要：高校学生社区是开展高校治理和学生工作的潜在资源和平台。在运用“四要素模型”对社会工作介入高校学生社区营造的要素进行分析后发现,具有社区成员意识的身份归属、具有相似的需求和目标、感受到个人成长与回馈、集体记忆的情感互动是社会工作得以介入高校学生社区营造的基础。并且,作为高校学生社区营造的重要方式,驻校社工需要采取集空间建设、需求导向、情境互动和情感联结等路径于一体的整合介入模式。Student communities are a potential resource and platform for university governance and student work.After analyzing the“Four Elements Model”,the paper argues that the basic elements for social work to intervene in the student community building in universities include the followings:(1)identity belonging with a sense of community membership;(2)similar needs and goals;(3)feeling personal growth and feedback;(4)emotional interaction of collective memory.Moreover,as an important way to the student community building in universities,social workers in schools need to adopt an integrated intervention model that integrates space building,needs orientation,contextual interaction and emotional connection.
