摘　　要：目的:研究盐酸普拉克索配合高压氧舱治疗对帕金森睡眠障碍患者γ-GABA、Glu的影响.方法:选取2015年10月~2016年10月来我院治疗的帕金森睡眠障碍患者93例为研究对象,随机分为A、B、C组,各31例.A组口服盐酸普拉克索片,B组予以高压氧舱治疗,C组采用盐酸普拉克索联合高压氧舱治疗,观察三组患者睡眠相关量表、血浆Glu和GABA水平.结果:治疗后,C组患者PSQI和ESS评分显著低于A组和B组患者;C组患者血浆Glu和GABA水平及Glu/GABA值显著高于A组和B组患者.结论:盐酸普拉克索联合高压氧舱治疗能够显著提升患者血浆GABA和Glu水平,提高PD睡眠障碍患者睡眠效率,延长睡眠时间,维持睡眠稳定性.Objective To study the effect of Pramipexole Dihydrochloride Tablets combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy onγ-GABA,Glu in Parkinson patients with sleep disorders.Methods 93 patients with Parkinson’s sleep disorders treated in our hospital from October 2015 to~October 2016 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into group A,group B and group C(n=31),Group A received Pramipexole Dihydrochloride Tablets,group B received hyperbaric oxygen treatment,group C were treated with Pramipexole Dihydrochloride Tablets combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment.The sleep related scale,plasma Glu and GABA levels of the three groups were observed.Results After treatment,PSQI and ESS scores of patients in group C were significantly lower than those in group A and group B;The levels of Glu and GABA in plasma and Glu/GABA of patients in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and group B.Conclusion Pramipexole hydrochloride combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can significantly enhance the level of plasma GABA and Glu patients,PD patients improve sleep disorder sleep efficiency,prolong the sleep time,sleep to maintain stability.
