摘　　要：目的:观察和评估碘125粒子植入联合化疗治疗纵隔转移性非小细胞肺癌的疗效.方法:回顾性分析2019年7月~2022年1月期间在孝感市中心医院住院治疗的46例纵隔转移的非小细胞肺癌患者,根据是否接受了碘125粒子植入治疗将患者分为粒子联合化疗组和化疗组.搜集患者基线及随访数据资料,对比分析两组的疗效及不良反应.结果:粒子联合化疗组瘤体大小客观缓解率、上腔静脉阻塞缓解百分比明显高于化疗组;粒子联合化疗组不良反应发生率与化疗组无明显差异.结论:碘125粒子植入联合化疗治疗纵隔转移性非小细胞肺癌的疗效优于单纯化疗且不增加不良反应发生率.Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy of iodine 125 seed implantation combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of mediastinal metastatic non-small cell lung cancer.Methonds We retrospectively analyzed 46 patients with non-small cell lung cancer and mediastinal metastasis who were hospitalized in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care,Xiaogan Central Hospital from July 2019 to January 2022.According to whether they received iodine 125 seed implantation or not,the pa-tients were divided into seed combined chemotherapy group and chemotherapy group.The general baseline and follow-up data of the patients were collected,Efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The objective response rate and the remission percentage of superior vena cava occlusion in seed combined chemotherapy group was significantly higher than that of the chemotherapy group;there are no difference in adverse effects rate between two groups.Conclusion Implantation of iodine 125 seeds combined chemotherapy group is superior to chemotherapy group in treat-ment of non-small cell lung cancer with mediastinal metastasis and no increase in adverse effects rate.
