银翘解毒片中挥发油的包合工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:优化银翘解毒片中薄荷、荆芥混合挥发油加入方式,为产品工艺优化提供参考依据。方法:采用饱和水溶液法制备薄荷、荆芥混合挥发油的β-环糊精(β-CD)包合物,以含油率、包合率及收率为综合评价指标,单因素考察挥发油(mL)与β-CD(g)比例、包合温度以及包合时间对β-环糊精包合物包合工艺的影响。结果:筛选的包合工艺为挥发油(mL)与β-CD(g)比例1∶6,包合温度50℃,包合时间2h。结论:确定的挥发油包合工艺操作简单,稳定可行,可为工业化生产提供参考。Objective:The method of adding mint and schizonepeta mixed volatile oil in Yinqiaojiedu tablets was optimized to provide reference for product process optimization.Methods:The inclusion compound ofβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD)was prepared by saturated aqueous solution method.The effects of the ratio of volatile oil(mL)toβ-CD(g),inclusion temperature and inclusion time on the inclusion process ofβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD)were investigated using oil content,inclusion rate and yield as comprehensive evaluation indexes.Results:The selected inclusion process was below:the ratio of volatile oil(mL)toβ-CD(g)was 1∶6,the inclusion temperature was 50°C,and the inclusion time was 2h.Conclusion:The volatile oil inclusion process is simple,stable and feasible,and It can provide reference for industrial production.
