摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加酵母多肽对肉鸡生长性能、胴体组成和肠道微生物的影响。选取1日龄罗斯308肉公鸡540只,随机分成3个组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只。空白对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组在基础饲粮中添加20 g/t维吉尼亚霉素,酵母多肽组在基础饲粮中添加200 g/t酵母多肽。试验期37 d。结果表明:1)各组之间肉鸡生长性能、胴体组成和免疫器官指数无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与空白对照组相比,抗生素组回肠厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)相对丰度有降低的趋势(P=0.06),变形菌门(Proteobacteria)相对丰度有升高的趋势(P=0.09)。酵母多肽组回肠厚壁菌门相对丰度最高(99.55%),变形菌门相对丰度最低(0.35%)。3)与空白对照组相比,抗生素组回肠乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05),酵母多肽组回肠乳杆菌属相对丰度有所提高(P>0.05)。与抗生素组相比,酵母多肽组回肠肠杆菌属(Enterobacter)相对丰度有降低的趋势(P=0.06),葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus)相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,本试验条件下,饲粮中添加酵母多肽对肉鸡生长的促进作用不明显,但能降低回肠变形菌门、肠杆菌属和葡萄球菌属相对丰度,提高回肠厚壁菌门和乳杆菌属相对丰度,改善肠道微生物菌群组成。This experiment was to study the effects of dietary yeast polypeptides on growth performance,carcass composition and intestinal microbiota of broilers.A total of 540 one-day-old Ross 308 male broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 30 chickens in each replicate.Broilers in the blank control group were fed a basal diet,broilers in the antibiotic group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 20 g/t virginiamycin,and others in yeast polypeptides group were fed the basal diet supplemented with200 g/t yeast polypeptides.The experiment lasted for 37 days.The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in growth performance,carcass composition and immune organ indexes among all groups(P>0.05).2)Compared with the blank control group,the ileum Firmicutes relative abundance of antibiotic group was trend to decrease(P=0.06),and the Proteobacteria relative abundance was trend to increase(P=0.09).The ileum Firmicutes relative abundance of yeast polypeptides group was the highest(99.55%),and the Proteobacteria relative abundance was the lowest(0.35%).3)Compared with the blank control group,the ileum Lactobacillus relative abundance of antibiotic group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the ileum Lactobacillus relative abundance of yeast polypeptides group was increased(P>0.05).Compared with the antibiotic group,the ileum Enterobacter relative abundance of yeast polypeptides group was trend to decrease(P=0.06),and the Staphylococcus relative abundance was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary yeast polypeptides have no significant effect on the growth of broilers,but reduce the abundance of relative abundances of Proteobacteria,Enterobacter and Staphylococcus in ileum,increase the relative abundances of Firmicutes and Lactobacillus in ileum,thus improve the intestinal microbial flora composition.
