摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮赖氨酸水平对北京油鸡(简称油鸡)产蛋高峰期(27~34周龄)生产性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标的影响,以此为制定北京油鸡产蛋期饲养标准提供参考依据。采用单因子试验设计,选取健康、体重相近的26周龄油鸡母鸡324只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复6笼,每笼3只鸡。3组试验饲粮代谢能(11.31 MJ/kg)和粗蛋白质水平(15%)相同,赖氨酸水平分别为0.70%、0.75%和0.80%。试验期为27~34周龄。结果表明:1)饲粮赖氨酸水平对27~34周龄油鸡周平均采食量、周平均蛋重、料蛋比、产蛋率、死淘率均没有显著影响(P>0.05),但饲粮赖氨酸水平显著影响31~34周龄油鸡周平均采食量(P<0.05),0.70%组的周平均蛋重最高,产蛋率最高。2)饲粮赖氨酸水平对油鸡30周龄鸡蛋的平均蛋重、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、鸡蛋等级、蛋形指数、蛋黄相对重、蛋壳相对重、蛋清相对重均没有显著影响(P>0.05),但显著影响蛋壳颜色、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋黄色泽和鸡蛋等级(P<0.05)。0.80%组的蛋壳颜色值显著高于0.70%组和0.75%组(P<0.05),0.70%组的蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋黄色泽均显著高于0.75%组和0.80%组(P<0.05),0.70%组和0.80%组的鸡蛋等级显著高于0.75%组(P<0.05);饲粮赖氨酸水平显著影响34周龄油鸡鸡蛋的蛋壳颜色、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋黄色泽、鸡蛋等级(P<0.05)。0.75%组的蛋白高度、哈氏单位均显著高于其余2组(P<0.05),0.75%组的鸡蛋等级显著高于0.80%组(P<0.05),0.70%组的蛋壳相对重显著高于其他2组(P<0.05)。3)饲粮赖氨酸水平对北京油鸡34周龄血清生化及抗氧化指标影响均不显著(P>0.05),但饲粮赖氨酸水平有影响血清总胆固醇含量(P=0.058)及总抗氧化能力的趋势(P=0.055)。综上所述,建议北京油鸡产蛋高峰期(27~34周龄)饲粮赖氨酸适宜水平为0.75%。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary lysine level on performance,egg quality and serum biochemical indices of Beijing You chickens(BYC)during peak laying period(27 to 34weeks of age),so as to provide the basis for formulating the feeding standard of BYC during the laying period.A single-factorial design was used,a total of 324 BYC laying hens at 26 weeks of age with no significant bodyweight difference were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group,6 cages per replicate and 3 hens per cage.The metabolizable energy(11.31 MJ/kg)and crude protein levels(15%)of the three groups were the same,the hens were fed diets containing 0.70%,0.75%and 0.80%lysine,respectively.The experiment period was from 27 to 34 weeks of age.The results showed as follows:1)dietary lysine level had no effects on average weekly feed intake(WFI),average weekly egg weight(WEM),feed to egg ratio,laying rate and mortality rate of laying hens aged from 27 to 34 weeks of age(P>0.05),but the WFI was affected by lysine level at 31 to 34 weeks of age(P<0.05).The WEM and laying rate in 0.70%group were the highest.2)The egg weight,eggshell strength,eggshell thickness,egg grade,egg shape index,relative yolk weight,relative eggshell weight and relative albumen weight were not affected by dietary lysine levels(P>0.05),but eggshell color,albumen height(AH),Haugh unit(HU),yolk color(YC)and egg grade(EG)were significantly affected(P<0.05).The eggshell color of 0.80%group was significantly higher than those of0.70%and 0.75%groups,and the AH,HU and YC of 0.70%group were higher than those of 0.75%and0.80%groups(P<0.05),the EG of 0.70%and 0.80%groups was significantly higher than that of 0.75%group(P<0.05).The egg weight,eggshell strength,eggshell thickness,relative yolk weight and relative albumen weight were not significantly affected by different lysine levels(P>0.05),but eggshell color,AH,HU,YC,EG were significantly affected(P<0.05).The AH and HU of 0.75%group were significantly higher than those of the other two
