摘  要:从全日制工程硕士培养目标定位出发,针对专业硕士培养存在的普遍问题,从教学模式、保障条件和产教融合育人三个方面提出聚焦实践创新能力培养,构建全日制工程硕士研究生教学体系。教学体系设计中,以突出“实践性”“职业性”“应用性”的“三性”建设思想,驱动学生从“做中学”,并探讨案例教学、项目教学、“课工场”三种教学方式的特点与作用;在保障条件方面,提出提升导师实践育人能力,建设教师队伍的方法,探讨基地建设和管理制度建设的具体措施;产教融合育人方面,提出校企“双主体”联合育人,构建产教融合育人联盟,多方联合建立产教融合基地的初步设想。Starting from the orientation of the full-time engineering master's training goal,in view of the common problems in the professional master's training,it proposes to focus on the cultivation of practical innovation ability from the three aspects of teaching mode,guarantee conditions and the integration of production and education to build a full-time engineering master's graduate teaching system.In the design of the teaching system,the"three characteristics"construction ideas of"practicality""professionalism"and"applicability"are emphasized to drive students to learn by doing,and three types of case teaching,project teaching and"class workshop"are discussed.The characteristics and functions of teaching methods in terms of guarantee conditions,methods for improving the ability of instructors to practice education and building the teaching team are proposed,and specific measures for base construction and management system construction are discussed;for the integration of industry and education,schools and enterprises are proposed.In the aspect of the integration of industry and education,this paper puts forward the tentative idea of the"double main body"joint education between schools and enterprises,the construction of the integration of industry and education and education alliance,and the establishment of the integration base of industry and education by multiple parties.
