摘 要:当前世界范围内的浮式液化天然气存储和再气化装置(FSRU)均依赖于压载水,在加注、外输、气化、检验、保养和维修等过程中,LNG的装载始终处于动态变化状态,须持续调拨压载水以调整船体浮态,从而附加了大量的运营和维护成本。目前暂无无压载水FSRU设计问世。针对一艘桩腿系泊的FSRU进行无压载水设计,在常规FSRU基础上,进行分舱和布置等方面的设计修改,并提出2种主要设计方案。通过结合水动力分析的方法校核其稳性,并分析、对比采用的无压载水设计思路在控制船体浮态上可实现的效果。最终提出一种无压载水设计方案,该方案具有足够稳性,并在LNG均匀装载时的各正常操作工况下船体横倾和纵倾基本为0°,在其他所有装载工况和破损工况下船体横倾和纵倾小于3°,可满足桩腿系泊系统在船体浮态方面的设计要求。Currently,all floating LNG storage and regasification units(FSRUs) in the world could not operate without ballast water,as it always requires a constant operation of ballast water to adjust FSRU’s floating condition during its whole life,in which loading,offloading,regasification,inspection,maintenance and repair exists all the time,it adds significant operation and maintenance costs.There is no available ballast-free FSRU design for now;therefore,a ballast-free pile-mooring FSRU is designed here.Subdivision and arrangement were optimized based on a conventional FSRU for applying ballast-free operation,and two main proposals are given.Stability was calculated using a method with hydrodynamic analysis combined.At the same time,the floating condition of the hull in each design proposal is compared,and the effects achieved by various design ideas are analyzed.Finally,a ballast-free design proposal which could ensure enough stability and comply with the floating condition requirements of pile-mooring system,which is no heel & trim in normal operation conditions with evenly loaded LNG distribution and heel and trim to be maintained within 3 degrees in all other loading conditions and damaged conditions,has been proposed.
