摘  要:目的 通过建立科学合理的眼视光学专业临床实习考核标准,评价临床实习质量,进一步完善眼视光学专业临床实习考核体系。方法 前瞻性研究,南京医科大学眼视光学2015级和2017级本科学生50人,按入学年份分为两组,分别为:实验组25人,2017级学生,实习教学采用临床实习考核系统,即从临床实践能力、临床思维能力、科研创新能力、文献阅读能力、专业英语和工作表现六个模块进行设计学习和考核;对照组25人,2015级学生,实习教学采用常规出科考核系统,即理论知识、操作技能、临床病例处理能力的考核。分析两组学生实习情况。同时,对实验组学生25人和带教教师16人发放调查问卷,通过对临床教学过程、出科考核评价及教学效果问卷调查评估两种教学方法的教学效果。结果 两组学生经不同临床实习考核系统培训后,考核结果:(1)理论成绩,两组分别为实验组(81.9±1.7)分、对照组(81.3±1.5)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)操作成绩,实验组操作成绩(86.0±0.5)分与对照组(83.6±1.1)分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)病例处理成绩。实验组临床病例处理成绩(85.9±1.4)分,高于对照组成绩(75.1±2.0)分,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。教学效果师生共同评价问卷结果显示:25位学生均认可六个模块的临床实习考核系统,对学习主动性、专业实践操作能力、临床思维、科研思维、医患沟通能力等方面的能力提高显著高于对照组,87.5%的教师认为实验组的学生能更好地做到主动思考,较好地掌握眼视光临床的基础理论知识和操作技能。结论 六个模块的临床实习考核系统有利于眼视光学专业临床实习体系评估的分析,和科学合理地量化考核标准制定,该体系可增加细化考核内容,为提高眼视光临床教学质量以及培养高素质眼视光学人才教育起到推动作用。Objective To establish a set of scientific and reasonable assessment standards for clinical practice in optometry specialty with a view to evaluating the quality of clinical practice for optometry,and further improving the assessment system of the clinical practice.Methods A prospective study was conducted.(1) A total of 50 undergraduates of 2015 and 2017 from Nanjing Medical University were enrolled in clinical practice.They were divided into two groups:the experimental group(25 undergraduates of 2017),for which the practice teaching was designed and assessed based on 6 modules,namely,clinical practice ability,clinical thinking ability,innovation ability of scientific research,literature reading ability,professional English learning and performance,and control group(25 undergraduates of 2015),for which the practice teaching relied on the routine assessment system focusing on theoretical knowledge,operation skill and clinical case processing ability.(2) The 25 students and 16 teachers in the experimental group were given questionnaires to evaluate the teaching effect of the two teaching methods,which covered questionnaire survey on clinical teaching process,examination and evaluation of the subject and teaching effect.Results(1) The theoretical score of the experimental group and the control group was(81.9±1.7) and(81.3±1.5) respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The operational score of the experimental group and the control group was(86.0±0.5) and(83.6±1.1) respectively,and the difference was also not significant(P>0.05).The clinical case management score(85.9±1.4) of the experimental group was higher than that(75.1±2.0) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2) The results of the teaching effect evaluation questionnaire showed that the students all recognized that the practice teaching based on the six modules had obvious advantages over the routine practice teaching in cultivating their learning initiative,professional practical
