摘 要:冬季通风降温时,以进口大豆为研究对象,在华南地区利用环保风机通风技术开展保水降耗应用效果的研究。试验选取两座储存有同一批次阿根廷进口大豆的高大平房仓作为试验组,比较采用环保风机和轴流风机通风时两座仓房的降温效果、水分损耗、单位能耗等指标变化情况。结果表明,冬季通风降温时,与采用轴流风机通风相比,采用环保风机通风能够有效降低粮食在通风过程中造成的水分损失,起到保水降耗的作用,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。When ventilating and cooling in winter,taking imported soybeans as the research object,the research on the application effect of water conservation and consumption reduction was carried out by using the environmental protection fan ventilation technology in South China.Two large bungalow warehouses with the same batch of Argentine imported soybeans were selected as the test group to compare the changes of cooling effect,water loss,unit energy consumption and other indicators of the two warehouses when using environmental protection fans and axial flow fans for ventilation.The results show that compared with axial fan ventilation,environmental fan ventilation can effectively reduce the water loss caused by grain ventilation in winter,play a role of water conservation and consumption reduction,and have better economic and social benefits.
