摘　　要：本文介绍了一种EMMC PHY的硬件电路设计,对该硬件电路设计进行概述,包括硬件结构框图、功能特性、可交付物,并对其关键硬件结构进行详细阐述。该硬件设计提供了3.3V/1.8V的解决方案,由数字硬件电路和模拟硬件电路两部分组成。This paper introduces a hardware circuit design of an EMMC PHY,provides an overview of the full e MMC PHY solution,block diagrams,functional features,and deliverables,and describes the architecture of the e MMC PHY.All components of the e MMC PHY provide solutions for 3.3V/1.8V,and it consists of both hard component and soft component.
