摘  要:【目的】剖析不同日龄槟榔江水牛机体养分的沉积量,为制定槟榔江水牛的营养需求量提供理论依据。【方法】选择15头不同年龄的槟榔江公水牛进行屠宰试验,分别称重并采样每头牛的血、皮毛、内脏、消化系统、脂肪、胴体和各部分肌肉组织。通过测定组织样品的沉积量和营养成分,研究槟榔江水牛机体营养成分的时空沉积规律。【结果】槟榔江水牛的活重和空体重随日龄增加而增加,同时,随日龄增长空体重占活重的比例呈下降趋势。随着空体重与日龄增加水牛体内的水分、蛋白、脂肪、灰分、Ca、P的沉积量也随之增加,但这些营养成分在空体重中的占比基本不变。随空体重和日龄增加,胴体重增加速度最快,增幅最大;肌肉生长中以臀肉生长最快,肩肉次之;各部分的重量、营养成分沉积量与空体重之间的线性回归关系明显,R^(2)均大于0.8。【结论】槟榔江公水牛各营养成分沉积量与空体重高度相关,可用相关模型预测养分的沉积量。【Objective】In order to provide a theoretical basis for determining the nutritional requirements of Binglangjiang buffalos,the number of nutrient deposition of Binglangjiang buffalo with different ages is explored.【Method】The slaughter trial was carried out on 15 bulls of Binglangjiang buffalo with different ages.Each buffalo was divided into blood,fur,internal organs,digestive system,fat,carcass and various muscle tissues,which were weighed and collected as samples respectively.Then temporal and spatial deposition rule of the nutrient composition of Binglangjiang buffalo was studied by measuring the deposition amount and nutrient composition of the tissue samples.【Result】The live weight and empty weight of buffalo increased with age,and the proportion of empty weight to live weight decreased with the extension of days.With the increase of empty body weight and day age,the deposition of water,protein,fat,ash,Ca and P in buffalo also increased,but the proportion of these nutrients in empty body weight remained basically unchanged.Among the changes of weight with empty weight and age,carcass weight increased fastest and largest.As for the growth of muscle,the buttock meat grew fastest,followed by shoulder meat.The linear regression relationship between weight,nutrient deposition and empty body weight from different parts was obvious,and R^(2) were all greater than 0.8.【Conclusion】The deposition of nutrients deposition amount is highly correlated with empty body weight,and the correlation model can be used to predict the deposition of nutrients.
