摘  要:三化汤来源于金代刘完素所著的《素问病机气宜保命集》,具有调和气血、通畅津液、通腑开结之功效,作为经典方剂沿用至今,在临床实践中适用于诸多适应证,对于中风病急性期气机逆乱,玄府闭塞,气血瘀阻者有良好预防治疗作用,如治疗中脏、中腑阻溺及热闭症。通过查阅古籍及历代医家文献,对三化汤处方来源、历史沿革、剂量考察、组方配伍、临床应用、药理药效作用及各药味的相关研究等进行了综述,明确了三化汤处方剂量、组方配伍特点、药理作用及临床应用,为后续进一步指导方剂研究及中医药治疗脑卒中提供理论依据。Sanhua Decoction(三化汤),originated from the volume of Suwen Pathogenesis Qi Protecting Life Set written by Jin·LIU Wansu,has the functions of regulating Qi and blood,unblocking body fluid and opening Fu organs.As a classic prescription,it has been used so far and is applicable to many indications in clinical practice.It has a good preventive and therapeutic effect on the patients with Qi disorder,Xuanfu occlusion and blood stasis in the acute stage of stroke,such as the treatment of middle viscera,middle viscera drowning and heat closure.By consulting ancient books and ancient medical literature,this paper summarizes the prescription source,historical evolution,dose investigation,formula compatibility,clinical application,pharmacological and pharmacodynamic effects and related studies of various flavors of Sanhua Decoction,and defines the prescription dose,formula compatibility characteristics,pharmacological effects and clinical application of Sanhua Decoction.It provides a theoretical basis for further guiding the research of prescriptions and the treatment of stroke with traditional Chinese medicine.
