摘  要:介绍一种采用径向极化空气背衬压电薄球壳作为声敏感元件的球形换能器。首先,对其低频接收灵敏度和谐振频率等声学特性进行理论分析和有限元仿真;其次,根据分析和仿真结果,采用硫化工艺制作一只球形换能器;最后,对换能器的声学性能进行测试。结果表明,制作的球形换能器低频接收灵敏度为-203.7 dB,80 kHz以内起伏小于±2.5 dB;最大发送电压响应可达147.6 dB。该球形换能器可作为宽带接收水听器和全向发射声源使用。This paper introduces a kind of spherical transducer which uses a thin piezoelectric spherical shell backed by radially polarized air as an acoustic sensor. Firstly, its low frequency receiving sensitivity and resonant frequency were analyzed theoretically and simulated by finite element method. Then according to the analysis and simulation results, a spherical transducer is produced by vulcanization process. Finally, its acoustic performance is tested. The results show that the low frequency receiving sensitivity of the spherical transducer is -203.7 dB, and the fluctuation within 80 kHz is less than ∫ 2.5 dB. With a maximum transmission voltage response of 147.6 dB, the spherical transducer can be used as a wideband receiving hydrophone and omnidirectional transmitting sound source.
