制造业服务化程度评价的灰色犹豫模糊加权关联方法研究

摘　　要：服务化是制造业转型升级、构建新的竞争力的重要保障。为准确测量制造业服务化程度,本文借助灰色犹豫模糊集及灰色关联分析深入研究制造业服务化程度评价问题。首先,根据制造业服务化自身的因素以及考虑社会环境对服务化的影响,本文从服务化投入程度、服务化战略程度、服务创新程度、服务化产出程度以及服务化外部环境五个方面构建制造业服务化程度评价体系;其次,考虑到评价主体对评价指标的模糊性和各群组个体意见的分歧,利用灰色犹豫模糊集表征专家对指标权重的经验判断值,同时,为了准确衡量两个灰色犹豫模糊集之间的距离以及避免信息的损失,本文提出了一种考虑形状因素的灰色犹豫模糊距离公式。接着,针对评价过程中指标权重的确定问题,在分析现有权重确定方法不足的基础上,提出一种基于灰色犹豫模糊灰色加权关联度的方法,该方法不仅充分利用专家经验判断值,还能增加指标权重的客观性。最后,利用一实例分析说明了评价体系的可行性及有效性。Servicization is an important guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and the construction of new competitiveness.In order to accurately measure the degree of serviceoriented manufacturing,this paper uses grey hesitation fuzzy sets and grey relational analysis to deeply study the evaluation of service-oriented manufacturing industry First of all,according to the factors of manufacturing servitization and considering the influence of social environment on servitization,this paper constructs an evaluation system for the degree of servitization of the manufacturing industry from five aspects:the degree of servitization investment,the degree of servitization strategy,the degree of service innovation,the degree of servitization output,and the external environment of servitization.Secondly,taking into account the ambiguity of the evaluation index of the evaluation subject and the divergence of individual opinions of each group,the gray hesitant fuzzy set is used to represent the expert's empirical judgment value of the index weight.At the same time,in order to accurately measure the two distance between two gray hesitant fuzzy sets and to avoid the loss of information,this paper proposes agray hesitant fuzzy distance formula considering shape factors Next,for the determination of index weights in the evaluation process,based on the analysis of the insufficiency of existing weight determination methods,a method based on gray hesitation and fuzzy gray weighted correlation is proposed.This method not only makes full use of expert experience judgment values,but also increase the objectivity of indicator weights.Finally,an example is used to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation system.
