单纯凝血因子Ⅷ补充治愈下颌骨血友病假性肿瘤1例

摘　　要：血友病假性肿瘤是血友病患者罕见但严重的并发症,发生在下颌骨较少见,治疗不当易导致出血,严重者甚至死亡。本文报道1例发生于右下颌骨血友病(A型)假性肿瘤,伴有广泛性骨破坏,经单纯凝血因子Ⅷ替代治疗后骨破坏修复,随访10年无复发。Hemophilic pseudotumor is a rare but serious complication that occurs less frequently in the jaw,and it may lead to bleed uncontrollably and even death.This paper reported a case of hemophilic pseudotumor with extensive osteo-destruction in the right mandible,treated by factorⅧreplacement and with no recurrence after 10 years of followup.
