摘  要:针对五爪星轮在工作过程中受力不均匀,容易发生疲劳断裂的问题。应用SolidWorks软件建立了五爪星轮的三维实体模型,应用SolidWorks有限元分析模块对五爪星轮进行了动力学分析,确定了五爪星轮在工作过程中的最大受力位置及易发生断裂的位置,并对其进行优化设计,比较分析了设计前后五爪星轮的性能。Aiming at the problem that the force on the five claw star wheel is uneven and prone to fatigue fracture in the working process, the three-dimensional solid model of the five claw star wheel was established by using SolidWorks software. The dynamic analysis of the five claw star wheel was carried out by using SolidWorks finite element analysis module, the maximum stress position and fracture prone position of the five claw star wheel in the working process were determined, and it was optimized the design. The performance of the five claw star wheel before and after the design was compared and analyzed.
