摘 要:为研究淀粉与PBAT的相容性及力学性能,以淀粉为原料,以甘油为增塑剂,以改性聚酯(PVE)为增容剂,将淀粉与PBAT混合均匀,在双螺杆挤出机中混炼,制备淀粉/PBAT复合材料。采用扫描电镜、万能材料试验仪、X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪、^(13)C-NMR分析等表征其力学性能与相容性。结果表明:增容剂PVE内磺酸基与淀粉的羟基相结合,显著提高淀粉与PBAT的相容性,降低复合材料结晶度和热稳定性。当PVE的含量在10%(占淀粉干基),淀粉与PBAT相容效果达到最佳,复合材料的标准件拉伸强度为18.2 MPa,断裂伸长率为64.1%,复合膜的力学性能达到最佳。In order to study the compatibility and mechanical properties of starch and PBAT, starch was used as raw material, glycerol was used as plasticizer, and modified polyesters(PVE) was used as compatibilizer. Starch and PBAT were mixed evenly in a twin-screw extruder to prepare starch/PBAT composites. The mechanical properties and compatibility were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, universal material tester, X-ray diffractometer,thermogravimetric analyzer and^(13)C-NMR analysis. The results show that the combination of sulfonic acid group in compatibilizer PVE with hydroxyl group of starch can significantly improve the compatibility of starch with PBAT,reduce the crystallinity of composites and the thermal stability of composites. When the content of PVE is 10%(dry basis of starch), the compatibility effect of starch and PBAT is the best, the tensile strength of the standard part of composite is18.2 MPa, and the elongation at break of composite is 64.1%. The mechanical properties of the composite membrane are the best.
