摘 要:为提高渭北松软煤层条件典型矿井西卓煤矿辅助运输效率,根据矿井辅助运输条件及矿井建设现状,研究提出无轨胶轮车、无极绳连续牵引车、单轨吊等辅助运输方式及主要技术参数。经综合技术经济对比,优选确定蓄电池电机车+单轨吊作为矿井辅助运输方式。在此基础上,通过运行参数计算,进行单轨吊车辆、轨道系统选型设计,并根据盘区巷道布置情况,确定单轨吊硐室位置及设计参数。研究表明:单轨吊运输系统简单,效率相对较高,投资中等,运营成本低,渭北松软煤层巷道顶板稳定,有利于单轨吊的运行。In order to improve the auxiliary transportation efficiency of Xizhuo Coal Mine, which is a typical soft coal seam mine in Weibei, according to the auxiliary transportation conditions of the mine and the present situation of the mine construction, the auxiliary transportation modes and main technical parameters such as trackless rubber-tyred vehicle, endless rope continuous tractor and monorail crane were studied. Through comprehensive technical and economic comparison, the battery locomotive + monorail crane was selected as the auxiliary transport mode of the mine. On this basis, through the calculation of operational parameters, monorail crane vehicles and track system were designed and selected. According to the layout of the roadway in the panel, the location and design parameters of the monorail hanging chamber were determined. The study shows that the monorail crane transportation system is simple, which has relatively high efficiency, medium investment, low operating cost. The roof of Weibei soft coal seam roadway is stable, which is beneficial for the operation of monorail crane.
