摘　　要：目的观察胡桃醌对肺癌NCL-H460细胞的影响。方法应用不同浓度的胡桃醌作用于体外培养的肺癌NCL-H460细胞,观察各组细胞形态改变,MTT法分析生长抑制率。结果各组与阴性对照组比较,细胞生长明显受到抑制(P<0.05),抑制率在10.0%~67.4%之间,随着各组胡桃醌浓度的依次增加,肺癌NCL-H460细胞存活量显著减少,呈明显相关性。结论胡桃醌能显著抑制肺癌NCL-H460细胞的增殖。Objective To observe the effect of Juglone on Lung cancer NCL-H460 cells.Methods Different concentrations of Juglone were applied to lung cancer NCL-H460 cells cultured in vitro to observe the morphological changes in each group,and the growth inhibition rate was analyzed by MTT method.Results Cell growth was significantly inhibited in the experimental group compared with the negative control group(P<0.05).The inhibitory rates of Juglone on cancer cells were from 10.0%~67.4%.The survival of lung cancer NCL-H460 cells was significantly reduced with the sequential increase of the concentration of Juglone in each group,which showed a significant correlation.Conclusion Juglone can inhibit the proliferation of lung cancer NCL-H460 cells.
