论“逐邪勿拘结粪”对现代疫病治疗的启示

摘　　要：“逐邪勿拘结粪”是明末医家吴又可在《温疫论》中提出的疫病治疗理论,吴又可认为疫病用攻下不应拘泥于燥结,而重在逐邪外出,且需急证急攻、下不厌早,因证数攻、攻补兼施。通下法是治疗疫病的重要方法之一,随着新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情的肆虐,通下法被越来越频繁的运用到各种感染性和传染性疾病的治疗中。因其具有通腑泄热、开窍醒神、祛瘀生新、逐水消胀排浊、舒胆退黄的作用,可用于治疗流行性感冒、新冠肺炎、麻疹、肾综合征出血热、乙肝、手足口病等多种传染病。“Expelling evil without binding feces” is the theory of epidemic disease treatment put forward by WU Youke, a physician in the late Ming Dynasty. WU Youke believes that the purging method of epidemic disease should not be confined to dryness, but focus on expelling the evil. It needs urgent purging for the urgent syndrome and the purging method should be used early. The purging method should be applied several times according to the conditions of the syndrome and the tonifying method should be used at the same time. The purging-dredging method is one of the important treatment methods for epidemic diseases. With the outbreak of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19),the purging-dredging method has been increasingly applied to various infectious diseases. Because it has the functions of dredging the internal organs and relieving heat, opening the orifices and waking up the mind, removing blood stasis and generating new blood, expelling swelling and turbidity by water, soothing the gallbladder and removing jaundice, the purging-dredging method can be used to treat influenza, COVID-19,measles, hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, hepatitis B,hand-foot-mouth disease and other infectious diseases.
