摘  要:莽草酸是从中药八角茴香中提取的一种单体化合物,是工业生产吲哚衍生物、手性药物中的关键原料,是抗流感药物“达菲”的重要前体。莽草酸可以通过植物提取法、化学合成法及微生物发酵法生产。其中微生物发酵法具有原料廉价易得、环境友好、可持续性等优点。文章分析了谷氨酸棒杆菌莽草酸合成代谢途径及代谢调控,综述了近年来关于莽草酸代谢工程改造策略的研究进展,并展望了莽草酸生物合成的未来发展趋势。Shikimic acid was a monomer compound extracted from star anise,which was a key synthetic raw material in industrial production and an important precursor of anti influenza drug “Tamiflu”. Shikimic acid was produced by plant extraction,chemical synthesis,and microbial fermentation. Among them,microbial fermentation had the advantages of cheap and easy to obtain raw materials,environmental friendliness and sustainability. The biosynthesis pathway and metabolic regulation of shikimic acid in Corynebacterium glutamicum were systematically analyzed,the research progress of shikimic acid metabolism engineering modification strategy in recent years were summarized in this review,the future development trend of shikimic acid biosynthesis were prospected.
