摘　　要：目的 运用纸张文件检验的理论与技术,拓展文检技术的实际应用空间,为命案侦破发挥应有的诉讼证据作用。方法 通过命案侦破实例,分析研究案发现场犯罪嫌疑人遗留的纸张文件,根据文件检验的种类特点及综合应用具体检验方法和多方施策破获疑难命案。结果 文检技术为命案侦破确定被害者身源、刻画犯罪嫌疑人的“脸谱”、提供物证证据锁链、直接揭露和认定杀人凶手,取得案件成功侦破的回报。结论 在纸张文检司法鉴定实践中,只要文检鉴定技术人员能详细、深入了解案情,全面掌握最新文检技术手段,可以检出伪造的纸张文件痕迹细节特征。综合利用文检技术鉴定的各种检验方法,可用于提高司法鉴定结论的准确性与客观性,为案件的侦查、调查和法庭审理提供可靠的线索和诉讼证据。OBJECTIVE Using the theory and technology of paper document inspection,expand the practical application space of document inspection technology,and play the due role of litigation evidence for homicide case detection.METHOD Through the homicide case detection,the paper documents left behind by the suspect at the scene of the crime were analyzed and studied,and the difficult case was cracked according to the characteristics of the document inspection and the comprehensive application of specific inspection methods and multi party strategies.RESULT The technology of literature examination is to identify the source of the victim,to portray the suspect’s face,to provide evidence chain,to expose and identify the murderer directly,and to get the reward for successful detection of the case.CONCLUSION In the practice of paper document inspection judicial identification,as long as the document inspection technical personnel can understand the case in detail and thoroughly,and master the latest document inspection technical means comprehensively,they can detect the trace details of forged paper documents.The comprehensive use of various testing methods of document retrieval technology can be used to improve the accuracy and objectivity of the conclusion of judicial expertise,and provide reliable clues and litigation evidence for the investigation,investigation and court trial of cases.
