摘　　要：骨、髓、脑,是中医与肾中精气相关的西医不同系统的组织。现代研究提示,采用中医“补肾填精”法可以分别治疗骨的疾病、髓的疾病、脑的疾病,肾-骨-髓-脑相关性及临床意义是指导临床治疗的关键理论基础。中医肾系统,是以五脏之一肾为核心的系统,包括中医的肾功能和解剖学的肾位置。“精气学说”是中医研究生命本源的重要的组成部分,精气作为自然科学的开端和本源,具有生衰、转化、变换的自然属性。《黄帝内经》最早提出“肾藏精,为封藏之本,主骨、生髓、通脑”。从经络、奇恒之腑、五体等中医特有角度着手,对肾精充骨、肾精填髓、肾精养脑相关性进行古代与现代理论分析,证明肾是凭借其藏精的特殊能力,能生,能化的自然属性,才可能将骨、髓、脑等西医不同系统联系起来。从中医肾系统的概念出发,从中医学精气理论,尤其是肾精理论出发,揭示西医不同系统的疾病,如骨的疾病、髓的疾病、脑的疾病,异病同治的理论依据及临床意义。bone,marrow and brain are the different systems of western medicine related to essence of kidney.Modern studies suggest that the traditional Chinese medicine"tonifying kidney and filling essence"method can be used to treat bone diseases,medullary diseases,brain diseases,kidney-bone-medullary-brain correlation and clinical significance are the key theoretical basis for guiding clinical treatment.The kidney system of traditional Chinese medicine is a core system with the five viscera,including the renal function and anatomical renal position of traditional Chinese medicine.The theory of vital energy is an important part of the study of the origin of life in traditional Chinese medicine."Huangdi Neijing"first proposed that"kidney stores essence,governs storage,governs the bones,engenders marrow and Contact the brain."The ancient and modern theoretical analysis of the correlation between kidney essence filling bone,kidney essence filling marrow and kidney essence nourishing brain from the point of view of meridian,extraordinary Fu-organ,Wuti and so on has proved that kidney is the natural attribute that can produce and transform by virtue of its special ability of storing essence.Based on the concept of kidney system of TCM and the theory of essence of TCM,especially the theory of kidney essence,it is revealed that western medicine is divided into diseases of different systems,such as bone disease,medullary disease,brain disease,and the theoretical basis and clinical significance of the same treatment of different diseases.
