自拟疏肝泻热和胃汤辅助治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者的效果及对血清炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟疏肝泻热和胃汤辅助治疗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter Pylori,Hp)阳性慢性胃炎患者的效果及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法纳入2019年2月—2020年2月医院收治的88例Hp阳性的慢性胃炎患者,按随机数字表法将患者分为试验组与对照组,每组44例。对照组接受奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+左氧氟沙星+铋剂四联疗法;试验组在该基础辅助应用自拟疏肝泄热和胃汤。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效,中医证候积分及血清炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,试验组总有效率93.18%显著高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05);试验组中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组血清炎性因子水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者中,自拟疏肝泻热和胃汤的治疗效果有助于提高临床疗效,改善临床症状及降低血清炎性因子。Objective To investigate the effect of Shugan xierehewei Decoction(自拟疏肝泻热和胃汤)on Helicobacter pylori(HP)-positive chronic gastritis and its effect on serum inflammatory factors.Methods 88 patients with HP positive chronic gastritis treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were included.The patients were randomly divided into ex-perimental group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole+amoxicillin+levofloxacin+bismuth;The experimental group was assisted with self-made Shugan xiehewei Decoction on this basis.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score and serum inflammatory factor level were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 93.18%,significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05);The score of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The level of serum inflammatory factors in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with HP positive chronic gastritis,the therapeutic effect of self-made Shugan xierehewei decoc-tion is helpful to improve clinical efficacy,improve clinical symptoms and reduce serum inflammatory factors.
