摘  要:伴随着全球化的快速发展,传统学科中心主义的研究生培养观已经难以适应复杂专业实践的迅速变革,20世纪80年代广泛兴起的整体主义教育运动充分探讨了教育和学习的整体性问题,其中的生态整体主义流派强调了学习中个体与环境的互动建构,主张将研究生培养放置在整体社会文化境脉之中,关注研究生专业知识、专业行动与反思实践的整合。本研究基于生态整体主义的分析视角,探讨了研究生培养生态系统模型的理论框架,并在S大学成人教育学硕士学位点开展了为期7年的试点探索,从“个体-经历-环境-时间”四大要素探讨了研究生培养理念、培养方式与课程设计方面的革新,取得了一定的成效。新时期可以通过在人才培养理念中融入整体主义哲学的价值观、在人才培养过程中充分发挥专业教师的脚手架作用、在人才培养环节中充分关注专业环境的互动建构的方式开展系统革新,提升研究生培养质量。With the rapid development of globalization,the traditional subject-centric view of postgraduate education has been difficult to adapt to the rapid development of complex professional practice,which is likely to cause a disconnect between graduate theoretical knowledge and professional practical knowledge,and affect the professional quality acquisition of postgraduates.The view of holism philosophy fully explores the interaction between theoretical learning and professional context,emphasizes that postgraduate education is placed in the overall social and cultural context,and focuses on the integration of theoretical knowledge,professional action and reflective practice.This study introduces the ecological system and reflective practice theory of the holism school,combined with the professional characteristics of postgraduate education,discusses the meta-theoretical framework of the ecosystem model on postgraduate education,and carried out a 7-year pilot program in the master’s degree program of adult education at S University,innovating the concept,method and curriculum design of postgraduate education from the four elements of individual-experience-environment-time,which achieved certain results.It is suggested that in the new era,systematic innovation can be carried out by integrating the values of the holism philosophy into the concept of talent training,giving full play to the guiding role of professional teachers in the process of talent training,and paying full attention to the interactive construction of the professional environment in the process of postgraduate education.
