碳化硅棚板高温条件下氧化破损机制研究

摘  要:SiC是一种非常重要的窑具材料,SiC棚板在陶瓷制品烧结过程中应用广泛。但是,SiC棚板在高温条件下使用过程中易出现氧化破损现象,因此,研究SiC棚板氧化破损机制对于开发高性能SiC棚板具有重要的理论、经济和社会价值。本文研究了1500℃高温条件下循环使用下SiC棚板氧化破损过程,采用XRD、SEM等技术分析了棚板表面组成与微观结构,研究了高温循环条件对碳化硅棚板结构组成的影响规律。分析表明:高温循环条件下,氧气扩散至棚板界面处与SiC发生氧化反应,造成SiC棚板表层组织中Si和C元素含量下降,并在SiC棚板表面形成新物相,新物相中含有石英相、方石英等,内部结构受损,碳化硅棚板使用寿命降低。最后,深入探讨了SiC棚板氧化损伤机制。SiC is an important material for kiln furniture.The SiC slabs are widely used in the sintering preparation of ceramic products.However,the high temperature can lead to the oxidative degradation phenomenon of SiC slabs during use.Therefore,the study of oxidation degradation mechanism has significant theoretical,economic and social values for developing SiC slabs with high performance.The oxidation degradation of SiC slabs at high temperature(about 1500℃)for a long-time service is investigated in this work.The surface composition and structure of SiC slabs were studied by XRD,SEM and other technologies.The effect of high temperature recycle condition on the composition and structure of SiC slabs were investigated.The results showed that the SiC reacted with oxygen diffused on the slab surface under the high temperature cycle conditions.It led to the decrease of the concentration of Si and C.Furthermore,SiO2 with quartz,cristobalite phase and other phases appeared on the surface of SiC slabs.High temperature recycle destroyed the micro-structure of SiC slabs.The service life of SiC slabs is reduced because of the mechanism of chemical oxidation.Finally,the oxidation degradation mechanism of SiC slabs was discussed in details.
