摘 要:目的:分析放射型计算机断层扫描仪(ECT)骨显像联合血清前列腺特异抗原(PSA)检测诊断前列腺癌骨转移的临床价值。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年12月云南省曲靖市第一人民医院收治的47例前列腺癌骨转移患者作为研究对象,均接受ECT骨显像诊断与血清PSA检测,比较单一ECT骨显像与ECT骨显像联合血清PSA的检出率。结果:联合诊断的检出率高于单一诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同分级骨转移患者的骨转移率与PSA值呈正相关关系。结论:ECT骨显像联合血清PSA检测诊断前列腺癌骨转移的临床价值较高,是理想的临床诊断手段。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of emission computed tomography(ECT)bone imaging combined with serumprostate-specific antigen(PSA)detection in the diagnosis of bone metastasis of prostate cancer.Methods:From May 2019 toDecember 2020,47 patients with bone metastasis of prostate cancer were selected from the First People’s Hospital of Qujing City,as the study subjects.They received ECT bone imaging diagnosis and serum PSA detection.The detection rates of ECT boneimaging alone and ECT bone imaging combined with serum PSA detection were compared.Results:The detection rate ofcombined diagnosis was higher than that of single diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bonemetastasis rate of patients with different grades of bone metastasis was positively correlated with the PSA value.Conclusion:Theclinical value of ECT bone imaging combined with serum PSA detection in the diagnosis of bone metastasis of prostate cancer ishigh.It is an ideal clinical diagnosis means.
