摘  要:十二经纳地支歌以“时机”为核心,阐述了人体经脉气血流注与昼夜的十二时辰转换的联系,知其生理,以推其病理,以常衡变,有助于临床根据症状出现的时间,预判即将出现的症状、诊断中病脏腑、制定治疗方案、判断预后。十二经纳地支歌对于针灸治疗脏腑病、精神类疾病、时辰病的早期发现与治疗具有重要指导意义,与现代的针灸时间医学有部分共同之处。基于时间医学理论讨论针灸应用十二经纳地支歌治疗疾病的科学内涵,旨在为临床针灸使用者提供一种新的诊治思路。The song of twelve meridians and terrestrial branch,with'timing'as its core,illustrates the connection between the flow of Qi and blood in the human meridians and the twelve hours of the day and night,so that the physiology of the body can be understood in order to deduce its pathology and to balance changes with the norm,which helps clinical practice to predict upcoming symptoms,diagnose internal organs,formulate treatment plans and judge prognosis according to the time of appearance of symptoms.The song of twelve meridians and terrestrial branch is an important guide to the early detection and treatment of organ diseases,mental illnesses,and chronological illnesses in acupuncture,and shares some of the commonalities with modern acupuncture time medicine.Therefore,this article discusses the scientific connotations of the application of the song of twelve meridians and terrestrial branch to the treatment of diseases based on the theory of time rhythm,with the aim of providing clinical acupuncture users with a new way of thinking about diagnosis and treatment.
