摘　　要：早泄是男性常见的一种性功能障碍,中医从形神的关系看,认为早泄的发生与神关系密切。神既是人体功能活动的体现,也是人生命活动的主宰,是智慧之源。不管是神过用耗伤精气,还是神不调影响脏腑气血功能均可能导致早泄。因此,早泄的治疗也应以调神为根本,正如《心印经》所说:“上药三品,神与气精。”正其神,则精足气旺,正气周行无碍,身体机能正常,自然神旺精固。Premature ejaculation(PE)is a common sexual dysfunction in men.According to the relationship between body and spirit,traditional Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence of PE is closely related to spirit.Spirit is not only the embodiment of human functional activities,but also the master of life process and the source of wisdom.Whether psychological overstrain,or its impact on visceral functions may lead to PE.Therefore,the spirit should be attached great importance to the treatment of PE.Just as Xinying Jing said:"the best drugs,spirit and essence."Keep your spirit placid but energetic and make you stay away from PE.
