摘 要:针对现有快递行业规模不断扩大但分拣配送效率低的问题,设计了一种智能快递分拣机,通过分拣机机械臂与快递运输车的配合实现快递智能快速分拣,利用SolidWorks软件完成了对分拣机和快递运输车整体结构的三维建模设计。对分拣机的机械臂进行了结构设计与运动学分析,通过ADAMS软件对机械臂运动进行仿真分析,得到了角速度和角加速度运动曲线,分析曲线验证了其结构设计的可行性与合理性。利用ANSYS Workbench对转盘升降机的丝杆进行模态分析,通过对丝杆各阶模态的固有频率分析,确定电机的工作频率避开共振,为以后对丝杆进行优化提供了依据,最后做出样机并完成指定任务。Currently, the scale of the express industry continues to expand, but sorting and distribution are ineffective. In order to solve this problem, in this article an intelligent express sorting machine is designed. The intelligent and fast sorting of express is realized through the cooperation of the robot arm of the sorter and the express transporters. The structure 3 D models of the sorter and the express transporters are set up with the help of Solidworks. Efforts are made to carry out structure design and kinematics analysis of the sorter’s robot arm;motion of the robotic arm is simulated and analyzed by means of ADAMS. The analysis on the motion curves of the angular velocity and the angular acceleration has verified the feasibility and rationality of this structural design. Through ANSYS Workbench, the modal analysis is conducted on the screw of the turntable elevator. According to the analysis on the natural frequency of each mode, the working frequency of the motor can avoid resonance, which provides basis for future optimization of the screw. Finally, a prototype is made and the specified tasks are completed.
