基于健脾活血法论治溃疡性结肠炎探析

摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是消化系统疑难病之一,其发病率高,常缠绵难愈,西医治疗作用有限。文章对其中医病因病机进行分析探讨,认为脾虚血癌是本病的基本病机,且贯穿本病的始终,其中脾虚是本病的发病之本,癌血是发病的重要病理基础,健脾活血是治疗本病的重要方法。Ulcerative colitis is one of the complex digestive system diseases,which has a high incidence and isoften difficult to cure.Western medicine has a limited therapeutic effect.In thisstudy,theetiologyand pathogenesis of Traditional Chinese Medicine are analyzed and discussed It is considered that spleen deficiency and blood stasis are the basic pathogenesis of the disease and run through the whole processof the disease.Among them,spleen deficiency is the basisof the disease,blood stasis isan important pathological basisof the disease,and invigorating the spleen and activating blood circulation are important methods for treating the disease.
