摘　　要：胃癌癌因性疲乏作为胃癌常见的临床症状,严重影响着患者的生活质量。西医治疗多对症处理,效果不显,中医药对于胃癌癌因性疲乏的治疗优势显著。文章从健脾益气补血法出发,阐述了此法治疗胃癌癌因性疲乏的优势和作用,佐以健脾益气补血类中药,并结合中医理论和临床实践,以期改善胃癌患者疲乏症状,对临床治疗有所参考。Asacommon clinical symptom of gastric cancer cancer fatigue seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Western medicine treatment is mostly symptomatic treatment;theeffect is not apparent,Chinese medicine for gastric cancer fatigue treatment advantage is significant,Based on the method of the invigorating spleen,supplementing Qi and supplementing blood,this paper expounds on the advantages and effects of this method in the treatment of gastric cancer cancer-induced fatigue,with the combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and clinical practice,in order to improve thefatiguesymptoms of gastric cancer patients and providereferences for clinical treatment.
